What if I want to replace my Telekit business number or need to add additional phone numbers?

If you are looking to replace a number or need to add additional numbers, please send an email to support@telekit.com with this request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with a couple clicks of a button.

Sign in to your account and click on your name and email in the top right corner. From the drop-down menu, select Settings. Then select “Manage” under Subscription & Payments. It’ll take you to your payment portal where you can make changes to your subscription and payment methods.

How do I sign up for a free trial?

You can sign up on telekit.com/signup. We are currently offering a 30-day free trial. Take advantage of all that free usage!

How much does Telekit cost?

Telekit starts at just $12/month. You will get one free business phone number and 500 minutes/month. If you go over 500 minutes, you will be charged an additional $6 for every 250 minutes above the limit as overage charges. Don't worry! You'll receive a heads up email to let you know when you're approaching the limit.

What is Telekit and what can it do?

Telekit is a telephony software as a service solution where you configure how a caller can interact with your business on a phone call. Once you are signed up for an account, create an application to customize the greeting and menu options relevant to you and your customers. Purchase a phone number or port over your existing business phone number. Link your phone number to that application, and publish! You’re are ready to receive calls and connect with your customers in 15 minutes or less.
